How to Shift with Gratitude
Essential Oils:

Grapefruit: A sharp, tart, and energizing scent that helps curb hangovers, headaches, mental fatigue and depression.
Ginger: This powerful and warming oil is beneficial for upset stomachs and supports digestion, heals infections, aids respiratory problems, and reduces inflammation.
Energy Clearing:
Palo Santo & Sage - Clearing your home at the beginning of each new season is a beautiful way to create space for new things.
Sage clears ALL energy, the good and the bad. Palo Santo on the other hand, is said to cleanse negative energy and bring in the good.
