- The Cleanse: Machine or hand wash in cold water. Turn your gear inside out before washing. Avoid fabric softeners.
- The Dry: We recommend laying flat to air dry. If necessary, tumble dry on your lowest setting
- The Timing: Refresh your garments immediately after use. This maintains the purity of the fibers after a sweat-heavy practice.
- The Boundary: Do not dry clean. These pieces are designed for the raw movement of life, not the harsh chemicals of the machine.
